above reproach,
faithful to his wife,
temperate, (x)
self-controlled,
respectable,
hospitable,

able to teach,
3 not given to drunkenness,
not violent but gentle,
not quarrelsome, (x)
not a lover of money. 4
He must manage his own family well
and see that his children obey him,
and he must do so in a manner worthy of full[a] respect

lord i surrender my fiery outbursts to you. grant me a gentle and quiet spirit, one which is temperate and self controlled, one which is slow to anger and quick to listen. help me to understand others and see things from their point of view.

dear lord only the holy spirit can bring about such a change. i love you lord and may my life glorify your name.

Thanksgiving prayer

thank you dear lord for keeping matthy safe. thank you dear lord for blessing debbie and jo jo with a good time in school. i thank you that you are in the business of taking away debbie's fear for chinese.

thank you dear lord, for puay hong who loves the family. may he love you more than us. bless his health even as he gives of himself to us.

thank you dear lord for granting me favour with my bosses, that they are able to help me in my difficultites. may this favour overflow to my colleagues students and fmaily members as well.

thank you most of all dear jesus for always being around in ALL situations. you are the most faithful god ever and i worship you.
