the Awesome God - Rvl 10

what did i learn from this chapter?

as usual i do not understand the symbolic message of the chapter but i was struck by the awesome nature of god.

he is awesome. the voice of thunder. the creator of ALL things, the one who lives forever and ever.

this is the god who lives in me. this is the god whom i love and who loves me.

wow what an awesome god i love and is loved by.

can i fathom the power and authority that is in my hands- if only i know how to dwell in the presence of god daily?

or am i running around in my own strength?

lord let me run in your power and let me rest in your presence.

BE still for the presence of the lord is in me.

i worship you Lord for who you are.

So awesome yet so personal and intimate and gentle in my life.

let me to others what you are to me.

i surrender my temper to you.

sometimes i flare up and this does not reflect your righteousness.

let the power of the holy spirit change me that i may reflect the beauty of the lord.

thank you dear lord jesus.

i love you jesus, the lover of my soul and the keeper of my heart
