deborah my little girl

as i read about deborah the prophetic leader becoming the mother of the nations, i thought about my own little deborah girl.

i thank and praise god for knowing my little girl even before she was born. god gave her the name deborah which means a busy bee. indeed little debbie runs whevever she goes. she does not walk. she is always quick in what she does.

she is bold and confident and i can visualise her going to unknown places where even men do not dare to go. this is the personality god has given to my little girl.

i feel lead to pray for my little debbie today that she will have a spirit and heart that will lean on and rely on god. i pray that her independence will not hinder her to know god. Instead it will help her to pursue god, independent of circumstance and people.

i pray that her heart will be sold out to god and she does not need people as crutches in her spiritual journey. She will be independent cos of god and she will trust in him alone.

keep this girl for yourself and use her mightily for your kingdom. bestow unto her your wisdom and let her shine for the glory of god.

i pray for a teachable and humble heart before you. that deborah may acknowledge you as her saviour and lord at a young tender age. i pray for her salvation. let her heart be softened towards god.

fill her heart with god's love and the moment she can understand the salvation of god and she can utter the salvation prayer, let her receive you into her life.

god continue to protect debbie and jo from HFM. thank you for your protection upon them thus far. continue to keep them under your wings of protection dear jesus.

“Father, if you are willing, remove this cup from me. Nevertheless, not my will, but yours, be done.” 43 And there appeared to him an angel from heaven, strengthening him. 44 And being in an agony he prayed more earnestly

i learn about jesus obedience and his fervent prayers from this passage. his utmost priority is to obey god. he relies on god to strengthen him in his trials.

it is rare that the bible describes jesus as being in agony. but in this situation jesus agonises over the impending cross.

jesus prayed even more earnestly when he was in agony. when we are in agony, we should pray even more too.

i think this speaks for myself. the more difficult a situation is, the more i should pray. i should not be just blowing up like what ern says. pray till god's joy and presence take over. not my strength but god's.

dear god i worship you. let your presence so fill my heart. melt away all the unhappiness in me. let me give thanks to you in all circumstance that your joy may fill my heart.

i pray for josef as he sits for his exam later. bless him with fluency and ideas. teach him to connect his sentences well and expresses his thoughts vividly. help him to enjoy the whole writing process. remind him to use the past tense.

bless josef at his work. i think that the gep teachers are better and i hope that he can get into one of these classes. let your will be done jesus.

i pray that you will bless him with teachers who will make lessons more interesting for him. maybe i am one of them. ha ha. this comes to my mind when i type. i think god will use me to fulfill this prayer. yes from june onwards.

god give me ideas on how and what to teach josef and deborah. you are my Master teacher and i learn from you.

i give you thanks and praise that the idea you gave me on how to handle 1E class works so well. you always know what to do jesus. you told me to put the two boys in front and hey! discipline was so much better yesterday.

i pray for ern even as he goes on his mission trips that he will know you in the process. help him to develope a even more personal relationship with you. give him divine appointments that he may see the power of god working in his life. lead him to people whom you use to fulfill the destiny you have for us.

i pray for my own transition. i pray for understanding and favour from bosses and students. i pray for a smooth transition. may no bridges be burnt.

i pray for ren xiang and w beng that hthey may find their purpose in you. holy spirit draw them unto you.

i pray for my dad in law salvation that he may see you and know you. draw away the spiritual blindness.

i pray for my parents' heaalth that they may be healthy and live to a ripe old age to see josef and deborah marry. may they see their great grand children.

i pray for stef that she will continue to seek you.
