Ps 91 God Speaks

Rachael, who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.

Rachael will say of the Lord," He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust."

Surely Jesus will save Rachael from the fowler's snare and the deadly pestilence.

Jesus will cover Rachael with his feathers and under his wings, Rachael will find refuge.

Jesus' faithfulness will be Rachael's shield and rampart.

Rachael will not fear the terror of ngiht nor the arrow that flies by day nor the pestilience that stalks in the darkness nor the plague that destroys at middaly.

A thousand may fall at Rachael's side ten thousand at her right ahnd but it will not come near her.

She will only observe with her eyes and see the punishment of the wicked.

If rachael make the most high her dwelling, even the Lord, who is David's refuge, then no harm will befall Rachael no disaster will come near her tent.

for jesus will command his angels concerning rachael to guard her in all her ways. they will lift her up in their hands so that she will not strike her foot against a stone.

rachael will tread upon the lion and the cobra she will trample the great lion and the serpent.

'because rachael loves me,' says the lord,' i wil rescue her. i will protect her for she acknowledges my name.' she will call upon me and i will answer her. i will be with her in trouble and i will deliver her and honour her. with long life will i satisfy her and show her my salvation.'

(ps 91)

god, what a privilege to receive such a close to heart promise from you. thank you for speaking to me and assuring me of your ever presence.

i love you lord jesus. and i pray that your name be exalted in my life and your name be honoured and lifted up through my life too.

what is your calling for me? speak to me and crystallise it for me, lord, that this short life on earth may be one which is one all lived out for the purpose of my lord.

amen

i back again!

“Behold, I go forward, but he is not there, and backward, but I do not perceive him;9 on the left hand when he is working, I do not behold him;he turns to the right hand, but I do not see him.10 But he knows the way that I take;when he has tried me, I shall come out as gold.

am reminded that no matter what we go through, god is here with us. it does not depend on emotion. it is a FACT.

well there are some plans in my mind and i would like to give them to god, that he may guide me step by step. i dun hv much faith in my ability , but i pray that by god's enabling, it could be done.

god help me.

Train up a child in the way he should go;even when he is old he will not depart from it

how did i train for my triahthlon and swimming? i go through the whole process repeatedly. this reminds me of the way i should train my children and students in the way they should go.

they should be reminded and guided to do the same right thing repeatedly.

i pray that my children will love the Lord and they will have a knowledge of His word and a relationship with Him that is beyond ernest or me, that when we leave the earth, the legacy of a close walk with god would have been left with them.

amen

Rachael New Blog

As now, click the following link to my blog.

http://rlamblamb.blogspot.com/ - on Rachael time alone with God and other journals.

(The sign in name is your hotmail address - ....@hotmail.com)
he who fashions the hearts of them alland observes all their deeds.
I learn that even though we think that no one is watching, God is. THerefore, in everything we do, we do it unto Jesus Christ. And when we do that, our hope in Him to keep and remember what we have done will never fail, cos our God is a faithful God.

16 The king is not saved by his great army;a warrior is not delivered by his great strength.17 The war horse is a false hope for salvation, and by its great might it cannot rescue.
Let us not depend and trust in our own strength but in the name and strength of our Lord Jesus Christ.

18 Behold, the eye of the Lord is on those who fear him,on those who hope in his steadfast love,19 that he may deliver their soul from deathand keep them alive in famine.
When we are dry and down, it is GOd who keeps us going. He is the stream in our lives, the strength of our hearts.

20 Our soul waits for the Lord;he is our help and our shield.21 For our heart is glad in him, because we trust in his holy name.
OUr response to God should be one which waits for Him, trusting him to be our deliverer and helper.
Let our hearts be joyful in him and let us trust in his Name. He is the Great I Am.

22 Let your steadfast love, O Lord, be upon us
God's love for us can never be removed from our lives. Jesus's death on the cross has sealed that forever. His love is deeper than the deepest ocean and higher than the heavens.
Go take a look at nature and we will be awed by the extent and depth of his love.

amen and praise jesus -- he is worthy to be praised.

i love you jesus

Nehemiah Work

Nehemiah persevered in his work and he asked the Lord to remember all his work to the people and to give him strength.

This is the attitude I should emulate and may God help me with it.

From Psalm, the Lord is faithful. This has been a common message to me from Sunday sermon and what Ernest shared .

God is faithful and He wants us to lean on and trust in Him as we journey this life with Him. He is a faithful god who has thoughts of peace for us. Wherever we are at this moment, let us believe that He has put us there for a good purpose.

Sometimes we cannot see the purpose but that is when we know the Faithful one guides us every step of the way.

As we go through trials of different kinds, our faith is purified , we developed patience and thus character.

God who has begun a good work in us will continue till the day of Christ Jesus. When our strength fails, he lifts us up. When we stumble, we do not fall.

Simply cos God is with us.

Amen and hallelujah.

humble ourselves

He set to work resolutely and built up all the wall that was broken down and raised towers upon it, [1] and outside it he built another wall, and he strengthened the Millo in the city of David. He also made weapons and shields in abundance.

he did to the best of his ability what he could do. Trusting in god does not mean just lying there and doing nothing.

“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or dismayed before the king of Assyria and all the horde that is with him, for there are more with us than with him. 8 With him is an arm of flesh, but with us is the Lord our God, to help us and to fight our battles.”

king hezekiah have faith in god that He will help them. I am encouraged by his example, that while we pray and trust in god, we must do whatever we can within our ability to lead our lives wisely.

But Hezekiah did not make return according to the benefit done to him, for his heart was proud. Therefore wrath came upon him and Judah and Jerusalem. 26 But Hezekiah humbled himself for the pride of his heart, both he and the inhabitants of Jerusalem, so that the wrath of the Lord did not come upon them in the days of Hezekiah.

god detests proud hearts. we should always be humble, realising that all comes from god and all glory goes to him. pride and lies are some stuff god hates most.

may lies and pride be kept out from my and my family's lives. amen.
