gentleness

this is a trait which jesus shows by being soft and tender. well illustrated by the way he carries the lambs.

gentleness is not weak as this jesus who carries the lamb is also the lion of judah!

Isiah 40:11
He tends his flock like a shepherd:
He gathers the lambs in his arms
and carries them close to his heart;
he gently leads those that have young.

Isiah 42:2-3
2 He will not shout or cry out,
or raise his voice in the streets.
3 A bruised reed he will not break,
and a smoldering wick he will not snuff out.
In faithfulness he will bring forth justice;

holy spirit work in me that you may develope the fruit of gentlness in me. that i may be like you who will not shout or raise your voice in the streets.

mould me that i may merciful and nurturing like you that a bruised reed you will not break

not my might or power but but by the spirit of god

for jesus you are the vine and we are the brances apart from you we are nothing

amen
