all in all

the widow offered two small copper coins and jesus is so happy by it.

god is always looking at our hearts. the widow gave all that she has. god is not looking at the amount but again our hearts. how impt is our hearts to him!

how much of my heart and my life are surrendered to god? o god ern and i want to live surrendered lives to you. take us and use us for your own great and good plan for us.

choose to serve the lord and serve him in sincerity and faithfulness.

sincerity means hmm... with your heart, willingly cheerfully and not out of obligation.

faithfulness ... does this mean to do a task till its completion, or till god says it is time to move on?

help us to serve you faithfully dear jesus.

I shared this passage with Jo. In ancient times, the worshipper would throw gold and silver coins into a 'trumpet' for offering. The sound that the coins made is pleasing to the ears and the glittering of the gold and silver is pleasing to the eyes, but not the copper coins.

BUT God look at the heart.
